The athlete track

Three things you train together.

Three things you train together.

Three things you train together.

You already train your touch, your speed, your reps. This is the part that decides how it goes when it counts: your self-talk, your body as your tool, your own definition of winning.

Train the three together — so pressure doesn’t get to choose your reactions for you.

Mind = your self-talk

Decide your reactions before the moment.

Decide your reactions before the moment.

You’re hearing a lot: from coaches, teammates, parents, social, and your own head. The MIND part is deciding ahead of time what you’ll do with all of it. You pick your self-talk. You decide your reactions before the moments you know are coming.

So when pressure hits, you act the way you trained yourself to act — not the way the moment pushes you.

You decide your reactions before the moment, so pressure doesn’t get to choose them for you.

As you prep · as you practice · as you perform

Body = your tool

Your dialogue with your body, and your filter against everyone else’s.

Your dialogue with your body, and your filter against everyone else’s.

Every girl in sports is going to hear the ‘too’s’ — too big, too short, too slow, too weak, too whatever. And every athlete relies on her body as her tool, so we have to talk about it and frame it for ourselves.

First — build your own voice

About what’s great about how you’re built. Not what Instagram shows you. Not what your coach says. What you’ve actually experienced as your strengths — so in the game, your mind and body work together to perform at the highest level possible.

Second — build your filter

A comment hits. You hear it, run it through your own filter, take what’s useful and reject what’s just harsh criticism. The next ‘you need to drop some weight’ gets received, considered, and dismissed if it doesn’t match your beliefs.

Win = your voice, identity, edge

Claim your wins on your own terms.

Claim your wins on your own terms.

Claim your wins on your own terms.

Your definition of success: your voice, your identity, your edge. WIN works at two scales at once.

The goal: to still love what you’re doing in five years — and to know, on the hard days, that you already won the things you decided matter most.

In the moment

You claim wins as you go — not just the trophy. The win is how you held yourself when the coach said something hard, when the spot went to someone else, when nobody noticed your best moment. You decide what counted.

Across the years

You choose what success means to you — not a coach, a scout, or social media — and you protect it. The work is to minimize the rollercoaster inside you, so the highs aren’t reliant on wins and the lows aren’t created by someone else’s rejection.
