ABOUT ME
I’ve spent over 20 years as a celebrity and fashion photographer, working in spaces where girls and women are constantly evaluated — on how they look, how they perform, and how they show up.
I’m in the wardrobe and makeup rooms, having real conversations before someone steps in front of the camera. I’ve worked with thousands of women: all ages, body types, and backgrounds. I’ve heard how they’re talked about when they’re not in the room — and how they talk about themselves. I understand the pressure, the comparison, and the standards they’re trying to meet.
In sports, acting, and modeling, judgment isn’t avoidable. Bodies are discussed. Performances are scrutinized. Opportunities depend on how someone handles those moments. What separates the girls who thrive isn’t just talent — it’s how they manage themselves and how they show up. That’s something that can be taught.
I work with high-performing teen girls to build those skills — self-talk, presence, and resilience — so they can handle pressure, feedback, and competition without losing who they are.
I also help parents feel more confident — because these careers can be just as intense for them. We talk about what to say (and what not to say), how to support without adding pressure, and how to stay connected as their daughter navigates the competition, analysis, and growth.
My unique perspective as a performance coach is my lived experience as a parent, a coach, and a photographer. My kids are 15 and 18, and my careers as a club soccer coach and a photographer give me insider knowledge. I know the entertainment industry and the sports industry from many angles.
My coaching is focused on building practical mental skills for performance, confidence, and resilience. I work with high-performing teen girls to strengthen self-talk, presence, and identity in real-world environments like sports, auditions, Modeling, and creative work. This is not therapy or clinical treatment. It’s structured coaching designed to give girls tools they can use in everyday situations. If a client needs deeper mental health support, I encourage families to work alongside a licensed professional.
